Refund policy
Returns
Returns are accepted within 45 days of when you placed your order. If 45 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund.
Your order must be returned in the same shipping materials as you received it from us. Please do not ship anything back in the manufacturer's box with any shipping labels or writing on the product's box. If the item has been installed or used, or if the package is missing original materials, or if the product box's quality has been reduced there will be a restocking fee since that item will not be able to be resold as new.

Customers are responsible for creating and purchasing their own shipping label to return orders to The Lost Co.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days, or however long it takes your bank to process the refund.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please fill out the "Return & Exchange Request Form" at the following link: https://thelostco.com/pages/faq. Then, place a new order for the correct item. This way, the item that you want is shipped out immediately without having to wait for an exchange to process.
