Experienced Customer Service Professional: Full-time, 5 days per week with somewhat flexible hours. Experience required:

  • Extensive knowledge of mountain bike parts and specs including compatibility, technical knowledge and the industry in general.
  • Confidence in grammar and punctuation for writing detailed emails to help customers get the correct parts.
  • Some mechanic experience is preferred which helps answer customer questions.
  • Must live in Bellingham or move to Bellingham. This is not a remote job.
  • Be a good person with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • A love for bikes!

This is a salary position with benefits. Wage depends on experience, and benefits include healthcare, dental and vision. Quarterly Bonus Program included.



Photographer / Graphic Designer / Content Creator: Do you love snapping photos, documenting your experience on bikes and designing cool graphics? If so, we want you! Experience required:

  • Healthy knowledge of mountain bike parts and just mountain bike lifestyle in general.
  • Ability to create mountain bike content with photos. Video creation and writing experience is a plus!
  • The ability to create stellar visuals for social media and The Lost Co website.
  • Some experience in social media management is a preferred.
  • Must live in Bellingham or move to Bellingham. This is not a remote job.
  • Be a good person with a friendly and positive attitude.
