Tubeless Valves have one goal and one goal only. Get air in and out of the tire and look good while doing it. The only stipulation is whether or not there is an insert in the tire, in which case you'll need a CushCore Valve as it will allow air to flow past the insert rather than hit the road block. 

Santa Cruz is the only brand to offer a different valve design to the industry standard Presta Valve, which offers significantly more flow and allows riders to top off or let out air in record time.
