Do I need shock mounting hardware? What size?

  • If you are replacing a shock with another shock from the same brand (Fox and Marzocchi are the same brand), you can simply reuse your old hardware in your new shock so long as it's not damaged.
  • If you are switching brands or your hardware is damaged, please feel free to check out our Shock Hardware Database. If your shock is not listed in there, please feel free to reach out to us at sales@thelostco.com or by calling 360-306-8827 for further assistance.

I did not receive a confirmation email after placing an order.

  • Ensure you entered your email accurately. If your email address was spelled incorrectly at checkout, the confirmation email will not go through. Please contact us you have entered your email incorrectly.
  • Every once in awhile this email goes to spam. Please check your spam folder.

I did not receive a tracking number for my order.

  • Your order has not likely been shipped, yet. Notifications are sent as soon as your package leaves our door.

  • If your order was edited multiple times, this may cause the shipping software to get confused and fail to send tracking. If this happened, please contact us directly to get your tracking information.

How do you guys offer forks in travels that I cannot find anywhere else? 

  • With so many types of bikes out there it’s hard to make a fork for everyone. While Fox produces many options, there are always a few bikes that don’t get the attention they deserve. Our factory trained technicians can build you the exact fork you need for your bike. Installing a new air shaft assembly allows us to take a fork that has too much, or too little travel and give you just the right fit for you and your bike.
  • This is the same procedure done by the manufacturer at their factory when offering multiple sizes, and there is no physical difference between the upper and lower components of 180mm or 140mm forks of the same model. The Lost Co reserves the right to select which length travel fork we use when adjusting the travel for your fork. We only offer sizes that are approved by the manufacturer. The Lost Co will not install parts that may cause undue wear.
  • This does not affect your warranty or resale value.
  • When we swap out the air shaft, we'll use fresh lubricants and oils into your fork per the factory specifications. With our factory trained technicians performing this adjustment, your fork’s warranty is fully intact.
  • We are one of the only shops that does this for our customers, plus we perform this service FREE OF CHARGE to customers who purchase their fork with us which is pretty cool!

I wanted to ship a Fox 36 to Canada, but it says "This Item can not be shipped outside of the USA" on the product page.

  • Fox and Marzocchi do not allow shipping over international borders from any retailer. You will have to buy Fox and Marzocchi products from the country you live in.

What is the best coil spring weight for me and my bike?

  • Check out this video here! We go into detail on how to choose the correct coil weight to match your weight (with bike gear on), your riding style, and your bike's geometry.
  • This website, TFTuned, is a great resource for helping you find the right coil, as well.
  • If you still have questions, please contact us directly and we will make sure you get the coil that is best for you.

I purchased an item in the last 30 days and it does not fit, and it is unused. How do I go about returning or exchanging it?

  • We strive to make this process as easy as humanly possible! Follow this link, and it will take you to a page with detailed instructions on how to return the product to us for a refund or an exchange.

I returned an item, but I have not been refunded yet.

  • Please be patient as refunds can take can take some time to process. If a debit card was used for the purchase, it may take up to 1 week to appear in your account.
  • If 7 business days have passed and you have still not seen the refund back in your account, please contact us.
